The Short and Sweet

 

Zupe is a multi-talented artist, composing material for the film and television industry, and currently residing in Altoona, Pennsylvania.  He also performs a one-man band cover show at various east coast venues. 

 

His film and television success includes placements on ABC's Suburgatory, Fox's Malcolm In The Middle and The Simple Life, Dateline NBC, The History Channel’s Highway Hangouts, and MTV's Road Rules and Real World.  Zupe has been featured on local radio shows as well as markets throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

 

Zupe’s recorded work spans several decades, beginning in 1986, with a single release in Germany.  His 1998 piano instrumental album, Christmas Piano, is now in its third pressing.  Zupe’s 2007 progressive jazz, rock fusion album, Speechless, received RadioIndy.com's "Grindie" award, while it's opening track, "Step On It" was nominated for 2011's Best Instrumental Composition by the Hollywood Music in Media Awards.  Zupe released Dance, twelve tracks of original music for ballroom enthusiasts, in 2010, and Yuletides in 2011, a Christmas album.
